These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Serrevo by businesses using the platform to manage field service operations.

Use of the platform

Serrevo provides software for scheduling, dispatch, communication, invoicing, reporting, and payment-related workflows for service businesses.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and to keep account credentials, tenant data, and business information accurate and secure.

Accounts and responsibilities

Each customer is responsible for its users, tenant configuration, customer communications, invoices, payment settings, and any business activity conducted through the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining your own business disclosures, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, and any required agreements with customers or payment providers.

Payments and third-party services

Serrevo may integrate with third-party providers, including Stripe, to support online payments, connected accounts, payouts, refunds, and related financial workflows.

Use of third-party services is subject to those providers’ own agreements, policies, underwriting, and eligibility requirements.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or modify platform features from time to time. We may also suspend access where needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

While we work to provide a reliable service, availability is not guaranteed and temporary interruptions may occur.

SMS Messaging Policy

Serrevo provides SMS messaging functionality for service businesses using the Serrevo field service management platform.

SMS communications are used for operational and transactional purposes related to active customer service interactions.

Types of Messages

Users may receive SMS messages including:

  • appointment confirmations
  • appointment reminders
  • technician arrival notifications
  • dispatch updates
  • estimate notifications
  • invoice and payment notifications
  • customer support communications
  • account-related operational notifications

Message frequency varies depending on customer interaction and service activity.

Consent

Users consent to receive SMS messages by:

  • submitting booking or service request forms
  • providing phone numbers during customer onboarding
  • enabling communication preferences
  • initiating communication with participating businesses

By providing a phone number and consenting to SMS communications, users agree to receive operational text messages from participating businesses using the Serrevo platform.

Opt-Out

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying: STOP

After opting out, users will no longer receive SMS messages except where required for transactional or legal purposes.

Users may reply: HELP for assistance or contact support at: support@serrevo.com.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Prohibited Messaging

Serrevo prohibits the use of its messaging systems for:

  • spam
  • unsolicited marketing
  • purchased contact lists
  • deceptive messaging
  • prohibited or unlawful content
  • affiliate marketing abuse

Tenant accounts violating messaging policies may be suspended or terminated.

Privacy

Phone numbers and messaging data are handled in accordance with the Serrevo Privacy Policy.
